The European B-Schools positioned to support Masters in Deeptech Management - MDM
Updated: Mar 31, 2021
The world business schools are often the best way to make a career in finance or consulting that offers the best salaries. The USA based business schools are usually the highest reputation institutions, in particular for international students. I recently noticed that Asian students where classifying the schools in three categories: HSW-M7-S16. With HSW for the top of the league Harvard/Stanford/Wharton followed by M7 with Chicago Booth or MIT Sloan and thus S16 with Yale, Berkeley or Duke.
European business schools are well positioned to drive the next wave of deeptech innovations. Their main training are still dedicated to economy and finance while innovation management is taking an increasing role in the curriculum. Usually the second tier business schools use those innovation programs to differentiate from the top league and position as specialist, usually teaming up with science and engineering institutes.
Similar to USA rankings, we have compiled a list of business schools with the top 3 ILI Insead, London and Iese, followed by the wonder 7 including St Gallen or Cambridge and finally the EU16 representing most of Western European countries and UK including Erasmus Rotterdam, ESCP Paris, Smurfit Dublin. This list is a compilation of several european rankings from financial times and QS MBA and the Economist.
